What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the execution of the operational audit portfolio for the Latin American and Caribbean market, ensuring that all audit activities align with OKX's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for planning and conducting risk-based audits, evaluating processes, and assessing controls to identify areas for operational improvement. Your insights will help shape the audit strategy and enhance the overall effectiveness of the internal audit function.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Internal Audit to develop audit plans that address key operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your role will involve reporting audit findings to senior management and providing recommendations for remediation. You will also mentor and develop junior audit staff, fostering their professional growth and enhancing the team's capabilities.
