What you'll do

In this role, you will own the relationship with our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to succeed with our AI-native platform. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and driving renewals to maintain strong customer engagement. Your efforts will directly impact Omnea's growth trajectory as you help shape the customer function in a rapidly scaling organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to address customer needs and feedback. By leveraging your insights and understanding of customer pain points, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform and services.
