Your ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information will be crucial as you become a domain expert in patent workflows and the technical aspects of our product.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, which includes outbound prospecting, conducting discovery calls, managing pilots and proofs of concept, negotiating deals, and closing sales with mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will work directly with the CEO and founding team to define the sales playbook, ideal customer profile, and pricing strategy. Your responsibilities will also involve building relationships with key stakeholders in AmLaw firms, litigation boutiques, and Fortune 1000 companies.
You will become a domain expert in patent workflows, learning about processes such as IPRs, claim charting, and the differences between prosecution and litigation. This knowledge will enable you to engage credibly with potential clients and articulate the value of our AI-powered search and analysis tools effectively. You will collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between sales and product development, fostering a culture of rapid iteration and feedback.
