Omnidian is seeking a Director of Client Success for Residential Markets to oversee national-scale partnerships and ensure client satisfaction. This role requires strong strategic and communication skills to bridge client needs with internal teams.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in client success or account management, ideally within the tech or energy sectors. Your experience includes managing large-scale partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and strategic alignment. You understand the importance of bridging the gap between client expectations and internal execution teams, and you excel in fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess client needs and translate them into actionable strategies. Your ability to think critically and strategically will enable you to drive the lifecycle and commercial growth of major clients. You are adept at understanding technical and financial asset management, which is crucial for aligning with the objectives of national-level financiers and asset owners.

Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where you can mentor and guide teams to achieve their goals. You are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and are committed to driving success for both clients and your organization. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a sustainable future.

Experience in the solar or energy storage industries is a plus, as is familiarity with performance assurance and asset management products. A background in strategic partnerships or business development will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As the Director of Client Success, you will serve as the strategic architect for Omnidian's most significant national-scale partnerships. You will own the lifecycle of major solar financing and operations clients, ensuring their satisfaction and commercial growth. Your role will involve acting as the executive voice of the client, bridging the gap between their large-scale residential portfolios and our internal execution teams.

You will be responsible for aligning our asset management products with the strategic objectives of national-level financiers and asset owners. This includes overseeing technical performance monitoring and financial reporting to ensure that our offerings meet client expectations. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.

Your strategic insights will guide the development of initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and driving growth. You will analyze client feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the overall client experience. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are informed of our product offerings.
