Omnidian is seeking a Technical Solar Supervisor to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences in technical support for solar services. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to solve technical issues for both English and Spanish-speaking customers.

You are comfortable working with both English and Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring that all clients receive outstanding support.
What you'll do
As a Technical Solar Supervisor at Omnidian, you will oversee a team of 8 to 12 Solar Experts, providing day-to-day support and executing the strategic vision of the team. You will engage with your team through regular check-ins and functional support, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with other leaders on the Solar Expert Team to drive high accountability and foster a culture of excellence. Your role will involve not only managing the team but also being hands-on in resolving technical issues that arise, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions.
