Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in technology solutions, with experience in managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and can efficiently navigate through change while multitasking effectively. Your strong PC skills include proficiency in CRM software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, which you use to enhance your sales presentations and manage customer relationships.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build relationships with prospects and existing customers alike. You are adept at identifying customer needs and implementing effective strategies to overcome objections and close sales. With a Bachelor's degree, you have the educational foundation to support your sales expertise and understand the complexities of digital identity and anti-fraud solutions.
Desirable
Experience in digital identity, eSignature, or anti-fraud solutions would be a significant advantage, as would familiarity with territory growth planning and achieving sales quotas. You are results-driven and have a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your ability to contribute to the company's growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing a territory growth plan that focuses on building new business through effective prospecting and relationship management. You will handle all aspects of the sales process, including lead qualification, negotiating, and closing deals with end-customers. Your goal will be to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
You will work closely with your colleagues to identify and implement new sales presentations that resonate with potential clients and help you overcome sales objections. Regularly updating forecasts and opportunity details within Salesforce CRM will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that management is informed of your progress and any challenges you encounter.
Additionally, you will meet outbound call and sales goals as assigned, which will involve following up with prospects and upselling to existing customers. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction will be crucial to your success in this role.
What we offer
OneSpan offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $170,000, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a commission structure that includes a 50/50 split. You will have the opportunity to work remotely, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.
