What you'll do
As a Backend Software Engineer on the GTM Innovation team, you will build high-impact applications that accelerate OpenAIβs go-to-market efforts. You will work across the full product lifecycle, from prototyping and iterating to shipping and maintaining applications. Your role will involve embedding with Sales, Technical Success, and Revenue Operations teams to identify user needs and develop solutions that address real-world workflow challenges.
You will apply OpenAIβs models in novel ways to enhance customer interactions and gather feedback to inform future developments. Your contributions will directly shape how customers experience OpenAI's technology in the field, making your work crucial to the company's success. You will also collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that the applications you build are scalable and maintainable.
