What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the deployment of OpenAI's models within life sciences organizations, focusing on drug discovery and development processes. You will collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and constraints, designing tailored solutions that enhance their research capabilities. Your responsibilities will include measuring the success of deployments through production adoption and workflow impact, as well as establishing evaluation benchmarks that guide future developments. You will work closely with product, research, and security teams to ensure that all deployments are compliant with industry regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in creating repeatable system standards that can be scaled across various projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Forward Deployed Engineering team.
