You have over 15 years of legal experience, particularly in technology law, and are comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments. Your background includes a deep understanding of AI legislation and its implications for businesses, especially in Brazil and the broader LATAM region. You possess strong analytical skills and can distill complex legal concepts into actionable insights for various stakeholders. Your leadership abilities enable you to guide teams through intricate legal challenges while fostering a collaborative environment. You are proactive and self-motivated, ready to tackle unique legal issues in a rapidly evolving field. You thrive in settings that require both strategic thinking and practical legal advice, ensuring compliance while promoting innovation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will analyze laws and regulations concerning AI in Brazil and LATAM, assessing their impact on OpenAI and the AI community. You will develop policy positions on pending legislation and international standards, providing legal analysis and advice to the Global Affairs team and other internal stakeholders.
