Who you are
You have a strong background in technical integration and customer success, ideally with experience in AI or technology adoption. You understand the importance of guiding customers through deployment and scaling processes, ensuring they realize the full potential of the technology. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can influence product direction and customer strategy.
You possess excellent program management skills, allowing you to oversee deployment plans and lead configuration efforts effectively. Your experience working with government organizations or similar sectors gives you insight into their unique challenges and missions. You are proactive in identifying new use cases and driving customer engagement, ensuring that every interaction adds value.
What you'll do
As an AI Success Engineer at OpenAI, you will be the primary post-sales contact for key government clients, responsible for driving account health and adoption. You will work closely with customer teams to map workflows and guide them toward high-impact use cases that showcase the value of OpenAI's platform. Your role will involve overseeing technical readiness and ensuring that customers are equipped to leverage AI effectively in their operations.
You will collaborate with various internal teams, including Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Research, to create a seamless customer experience.
