You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in technical products aimed at developers. You thrive in ambiguous environments and are skilled at navigating the complexities of 0–1 product development. Your ability to collaborate closely with engineers and researchers allows you to translate technical breakthroughs into high-value user experiences. You understand developer workflows deeply and are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance productivity and efficiency.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your experience includes shaping product direction and making thoughtful trade-offs to balance speed and quality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining a high bar for technical excellence.
What you'll do
As the Product Manager for Codex, you will lead the product strategy from early concepts through launch and iteration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and research, to ensure that the product meets the needs of developers. Your role will involve identifying opportunities where AI can streamline software development workflows, making them faster and more intuitive. You will also be responsible for navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions that shape the future of AI-driven software engineering tools.
