OpenAI is hiring a Digital Natives Sales Manager to drive sales strategy and lead a team in the APAC region. You'll leverage your understanding of AI technologies to help customers deploy AI products effectively. This role requires significant sales leadership experience.

Who you are
You have significant sales leadership experience, ideally in technology or AI, and a comprehensive understanding of AI technologies β you know how to navigate complex sales environments and adapt to fast-changing technology landscapes. You possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain executive relationships with customers and partners alike.
You are a proven leader who can effectively collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, developer relations, operations, and core GTM teams β your ability to mentor and guide a team of sales professionals is key to your success. You thrive in a role that requires customer acquisition and account management, and you are passionate about helping customers understand the impact of AI on their business.
What you'll do
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving and implementing the overall sales strategy for OpenAIβs Digital Natives segment β your focus will be on recruiting and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve successful deployments with customers. You will work closely with the GTM team to create valuable solutions that help bring AI to as many users as possible.
You will oversee customer acquisition efforts, ensuring that your team effectively communicates the benefits of OpenAI's products β your role will involve owning executive relationships and guiding your team in navigating customer needs and challenges. You will also collaborate with various departments to align sales strategies with product offerings and marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to market entry and customer engagement.
