What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with various teams to enhance OpenAI's Go To Market systems. You will be responsible for developing new order-capture objects, fulfillment triggers, and tax & billing integrations that streamline processes from opportunity close through invoicing. Your work will involve creating and maintaining Salesforce configurations that support the sales process, ensuring that deals flow smoothly and efficiently.

You will also engage with the CPQ deployment as needed, contributing to the overall health of the platform. Your role will require you to implement compliance-ready automations that not only keep the systems running smoothly but also align with OpenAI's mission to leverage AI for the benefit of humanity. You will be expected to document your work and share knowledge with team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
