What you'll do

In this role, you will lead customer security engagements from discovery through to action tracking, particularly for priority accounts in regulated industries. You will own the security questionnaires and RFIs, ensuring accuracy and timely responses to customer inquiries. Your expertise will help increase deal velocity and customer confidence, while also reducing the operational load on internal security teams.

You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the complexities of security compliance and architectural patterns. Your role will involve live calls and follow-ups, where you will address customer concerns and provide insights into OpenAI's security posture. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that security practices are effectively communicated.
