Who you are
You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, with experience in engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You excel in communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding. Your ability to build relationships with clients is key, as you work to foster trust and collaboration throughout the pre-sales process.
You are familiar with AI technologies and have a solid understanding of how they can be applied to solve business challenges. You are comfortable working with developers and enterprises, guiding them in their AI strategy and identifying high-value use cases. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate architectural patterns for implementation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience by providing technical expertise and outlining the value proposition of OpenAI's solutions. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders to understand their needs and guide them in maximizing the benefits of the OpenAI API and ChatGPT. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating the capabilities of our products through engaging demos and proof of concepts, ensuring that customers can visualize the potential impact on their business.
You will collaborate with both business and technical teams to clarify technical requirements and answer product-related questions, acting as the first line of defense for security and compliance concerns. Your role will involve scoping use cases and helping customers navigate the implementation process, ensuring they achieve tangible business value from our models. You will also contribute to the development of best practices and resources that enhance the customer experience and support the Technical Success team in achieving its goals.
