You have experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the education sector, where you've partnered with various stakeholders to implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and educational outcomes. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, ensuring that all parties understand the value of the solutions being proposed.

You are passionate about the potential of AI in education and have a deep understanding of how to responsibly apply these technologies to address the unique challenges faced by educational institutions. You are comfortable working with educators, administrators, and IT leaders, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can act as a trusted advisor.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with the Education sales team to support higher education institutions and K–12 organizations in adopting OpenAI's tools and products. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs and demonstrate how AI can transform their operations and enhance learning experiences. Your responsibilities will include designing tailored solutions that align with institutional values and privacy requirements, ensuring that AI adoption is both effective and responsible.

You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and support throughout the deployment process, helping institutions maximize the value of OpenAI's offerings. Your work will directly contribute to OpenAI's mission of ensuring that AI benefits all of society, with a particular focus on expanding access and equity in education.
