Job Description
Who you are
You have 2-3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role — you've successfully onboarded new advertisers and monitored their performance to ensure client satisfaction. Your technical expertise allows you to troubleshoot issues effectively, particularly with tracking and conversion metrics.
You are proficient in SQL for querying and analysis, and you have a solid understanding of JavaScript and HTML — your ability to read and debug snippets is essential for optimizing client campaigns. Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and APIs is part of your skill set, enabling you to provide data-driven insights.
Your experience with Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems enhances your ability to manage tracking issues — you understand the ecosystem of ad networks and DSPs, which helps you address client concerns effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills allow you to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
You are adept at running data analysis and comparisons to identify trends and opportunities — your analytical mindset supports your ability to uncover insights that drive client success. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with Sales and Account Management teams to leverage your technical expertise.
Desirable
Bonus points if you have experience with ad operations and ad buying — your understanding of audience targeting and technology can further enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Taboola, you will work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to onboard new advertisers and ensure their success. You will monitor delivery and performance metrics, resolving any technical issues that arise during the campaign lifecycle. Your role will involve providing in-depth technical recommendations and optimization strategies tailored to each client's needs.
You will troubleshoot tracking issues, focusing on tag firing and conversion tracking to ensure accurate reporting and performance measurement. Your ability to analyze data will be crucial in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, allowing you to make informed recommendations to clients.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with various teams to address client concerns and provide data-driven insights that support their growth. Your technical expertise will enable you to uncover opportunities that enhance client satisfaction and drive campaign success.
What we offer
