What you'll do
As an Agent Home Sales Advisor, you will help customers compare the simplicity and reliability of Opendoorโs cash offer with the risks and complexities of traditional home selling. You will work from the Phoenix Area office Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, and will be expected to work one weekend a month remotely from your home office. You will guide clients through the selling process, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every step.
You will take ownership of your pipeline, managing multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Your role will involve building relationships with homeowners, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their unique circumstances. You will also collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
