PadSplit is hiring an Account Executive to expand their marketplace by engaging property owners in Phoenix, Arizona. This role focuses on building relationships and delivering tailored value pitches to help homeowners unlock additional income. Experience in sales or real estate is essential.

Who you are

You are a driven and personable Account Executive with experience in sales or real estate — you excel at building relationships with property owners and real estate investors. You thrive in a remote environment and demonstrate strong communication skills, eager to make an impact on the affordable housing crisis, one room at a time.

Your background includes engaging with traditional property owners to help them understand the benefits of becoming PadSplit Hosts — you are skilled at delivering tailored value pitches that highlight how the PadSplit model and technology can drive superior rental income compared to traditional single-family rentals.

You are motivated by the opportunity to address housing affordability and create more shared housing opportunities in the Phoenix market — your ability to connect with homeowners and articulate the value of the PadSplit model is key to your success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding PadSplit's marketplace by engaging with traditional property owners — you will work to convert these owners into PadSplit Hosts, helping them unlock additional income through shared housing. Your role will involve delivering compelling presentations and value propositions that resonate with property owners.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop strategies that effectively reach potential hosts — your insights will help shape the messaging and outreach efforts aimed at attracting property owners to the PadSplit platform.

You will track and report on your progress, utilizing data to refine your approach and improve conversion rates — your analytical skills will be essential in understanding market trends and homeowner needs.

You will also participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your sales techniques and industry knowledge — staying informed about real estate trends and housing policies will empower you to better serve your clients.
