Who you are
You are a strategic, hands-on individual contributor with a strong background in HR. With over 5 years of experience in HR roles, you have a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategies that align with business objectives. You possess deep HR expertise and business acumen, allowing you to influence organizational design and talent strategies effectively. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to implement scalable HR solutions. Your ability to foster a high-performance culture and enhance employee engagement is key to your success in this role.
Desirable
Experience in the public sector or with government organizations is a plus. You have a strong understanding of workforce planning and talent management strategies. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively across functions and HR Centers of Excellence. You are adept at using data to inform decisions and drive HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
What you'll do
As the Lead HR Business Partner at OpenGov, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping to shape and implement people strategies that support the company's mission. You will collaborate with various departments to develop effective HR solutions that enhance employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture. Your role will involve influencing organizational design and workforce planning, ensuring that HR initiatives align with business objectives. You will also be responsible for driving talent strategies that attract and retain top talent within the organization.
In addition to strategic responsibilities, you will be hands-on in implementing HR programs and initiatives. You will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure that best practices are followed and that the organization remains compliant with all relevant regulations. Your ability to analyze data and metrics will be crucial in measuring the effectiveness of HR initiatives and making informed decisions.
