You have a proven track record in sales enablement, with experience designing and executing programs that enhance the performance of customer-facing roles. Your strategic mindset allows you to translate business objectives into impactful enablement strategies that drive measurable results. You excel in collaboration, working effectively with cross-functional teams to align on goals and initiatives. Your ability to think at a systems level enables you to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in enablement processes. You are adept at using data to inform decisions and measure the success of enablement initiatives. You thrive in a performance-based culture and are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of enablement programs that support Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives throughout the customer journey. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that enablement strategies are aligned with business objectives and effectively address the needs of customer-facing teams. You will design training materials and resources that facilitate ongoing development and skill enhancement for sales personnel. Your focus will be on creating scalable and measurable programs that elevate performance and drive success across the organization. You will continuously assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using feedback and data to refine and improve strategies. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of learning and development within the sales organization, encouraging team members to embrace new skills and approaches.
