You have a proven track record in sales enablement, with experience in designing and executing enablement programs that drive performance across customer-facing roles. Your strategic mindset allows you to translate business objectives into impactful enablement strategies that elevate team performance. You excel in collaboration, working closely with go-to-market stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and effectiveness in enablement initiatives. Your ability to think at a systems level enables you to drive organizational impact through continuous improvement of enablement programs. You are results-oriented and understand the importance of measurable outcomes in enablement efforts. You thrive in a performance-based culture where innovation and initiative are encouraged, and you are eager to contribute your ideas to improve processes and outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design and execution of enablement programs that support the development of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create scalable enablement solutions that enhance sales performance. Your responsibilities will include developing training materials, conducting workshops, and measuring the effectiveness of enablement initiatives. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team. By leveraging your expertise, you will help shape the enablement strategy to align with OpenGov's mission of powering effective government solutions. You will work closely with leadership to ensure that enablement programs are aligned with business goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
