You have a proven track record in sales enablement, with experience in developing and executing training programs that enhance sales effectiveness. Your ability to partner with internal stakeholders allows you to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that drive results. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

You understand the nuances of go-to-market strategies and can integrate product positioning into training initiatives. Your analytical mindset helps you assess the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes. You are passionate about coaching and mentoring sales teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

What you'll do

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will champion the development of comprehensive enablement strategies tailored to your region.
