What you'll do
As the Regional Manager, Sales, you will lead a territory within one of OpenGov's sales regions, driving revenue growth and acquiring new customers. You will manage a team of Account Executives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales quotas and key performance indicators. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies that resonate with the public sector, ensuring that your team is well-prepared to meet the needs of clients.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring that OpenGov's solutions are effectively integrated into their operations. Your focus on customer satisfaction will help foster long-term partnerships and drive repeat business. You will also analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices across your team.
