Who you are
You have over 10 years of solution selling experience, particularly in software security and infrastructure security products. Your background includes a strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, allowing you to effectively communicate with senior executives and decision-makers in the industry. You excel in target account selling and consultative sales techniques, demonstrating a proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective strategies for resolution.
Your extensive contacts in the information security field and strong references speak to your ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. You are adept at using Salesforce.com to capture and disseminate relevant prospect information, ensuring that your sales strategies are data-driven and effective. Your problem-solving skills enable you to navigate challenges and drive engagement with target prospects at both the individual contributor and executive levels.
What you'll do
As a Senior Regional Sales Manager at Confluera, you will identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business opportunities and expand revenue within the Great Lakes region. You will work independently and collaboratively to scope, negotiate, and finalize agreements that exceed booking and revenue quota targets. Your role will involve targeting key decision-makers in prospect accounts and establishing strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales strategy and goal attainment.
You will collaborate with peers across functions to create visibility with target accounts and engage prospects effectively. By leveraging partnerships, you will enhance your established account presence and relationships, ensuring a comprehensive approach to sales. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate prospect information and utilizing your strong understanding of the competitive landscape to inform your sales tactics.
