You have a strong background in talent development and people operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise lies in designing and implementing performance management systems that foster accountability and continuous improvement. You are data-oriented and results-driven, with a passion for creating impactful experiences that help individuals grow within the organization. Your outstanding communication skills enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to building a culture that prioritizes feedback and development.

Desirable

Experience in the healthtech sector or a similar fast-paced industry is a plus. Familiarity with AI and data-driven decision-making in HR practices will set you apart. You are comfortable using various HR tools and technologies to enhance the employee experience and streamline processes. A background in leadership development and coaching will be beneficial as you work closely with managers and high-potential talents.

What you'll do

As the Talent Development Senior Manager at Doctolib, you will report to the People Development & Culture Director and lead a team of six. Your primary responsibility will be to shape a high-performance, feedback-driven culture across the organization. You will design and scale performance management rituals that drive accountability and transparency, ensuring that all employees are equipped to grow and lead effectively. You will own and refine the Quarterly reviews, Yearly assessments, Talent reviews, and Promotion committees, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives.

You will collaborate closely with other members of the People Leadership team to develop and implement key People products, including Performance products and Development products. Your role will involve analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of these initiatives and making recommendations for improvements. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, providing resources and support for managers to enhance their leadership skills.

In addition, you will engage with employees to gather feedback on their experiences and identify areas for improvement. You will work to ensure that Doctolibers feel supported in their career evolution and have access to the tools and resources they need to succeed. Your leadership will be crucial in building a team that is not only high-performing but also aligned with the company's mission to transform healthcare.
