You are metrics-driven and can analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. You are adaptable and can manage multiple accounts while maintaining a high level of service. You are passionate about learning and development, and you understand the importance of aligning training initiatives with customer needs.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at OpenSesame, you will onboard new customers and guide them through the OpenSesame platform, ensuring they understand how to leverage our offerings to meet their training objectives. You will conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and engagement levels, addressing any concerns that arise. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that enhance customer utilization of our services. Your performance will be measured through renewals, account growth, churn rate, and customer satisfaction metrics, and you will be expected to deliver presentations that showcase the value of our solutions. You will also play a key role in identifying upsell opportunities and driving account expansion. You will be part of a dynamic team that values customer feedback and continuously seeks to improve the customer experience.
