Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations, with experience supporting sales teams through forecasting and business performance reviews. You understand the importance of data quality and accuracy in driving sales productivity and have a knack for creating insightful reports that track business results. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. You are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders, including regional field sales organizations, to ensure compliance and profitability in business operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the RVP, Sales Operations Director, and General Managers by coordinating forecasting processes across strategic business units. You will drive the planning process and establish high levels of data quality and consistency. Your responsibilities will include creating and analyzing reports for tracking sales performance, fulfilling regular and ad hoc reporting requests, and enhancing reports on an ongoing basis. You will also identify opportunities for improvement and participate in quarterly regional action planning meetings. Additionally, you will implement sales tools and policies to standardize high-quality sales processes across the organization, supporting the Global Sales Operations team in cross-functional projects and strategic changes.
