Acronis is seeking a Sales Operations Partner to support global sales productivity through forecasting, reporting, and process optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in sales operations.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with experience in forecasting and business performance reviews. You understand the importance of data quality and accuracy in driving sales productivity and have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement. You are results-driven and enjoy collaborating with various teams to implement effective sales tools and processes.
You possess excellent analytical skills and are comfortable creating and enhancing reports to track sales and business results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while ensuring high standards of data integrity. Your communication skills enable you to work effectively with regional field sales organizations and support global sales operations initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the RVP, Sales Operations Director, and General Managers in forecasting and business performance reviews. You will coordinate the forecasting processes regionally and across strategic business units, utilizing collaboration tools to enhance efficiency. Your responsibilities will include establishing high levels of data quality, accuracy, and consistency, as well as creating and analyzing reports to track sales performance.
You will fulfill regular and ad hoc reporting requests, enhancing reports on an ongoing basis to provide valuable insights. Additionally, you will attend quarterly regional action planning meetings to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sales tools, policies, and guidelines to standardize high-quality sales processes across the organization. Your role will also involve supporting the Global Sales Operations team in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes.
