OPSWAT is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to lead negotiations for high-value commercial agreements and provide strategic legal guidance. This role requires strong collaboration with sales and product teams in a fast-growth cybersecurity environment.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in commercial law, particularly in negotiating high-value agreements such as SaaS, OEM, and enterprise contracts. Your expertise in legal frameworks allows you to provide practical, business-aligned legal guidance that supports long-term growth and compliance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand the nuances of working with security-conscious organizations. Your ability to balance efficiency and risk management makes you a valuable partner to sales and executive leaders. You are proactive in developing and enhancing commercial playbooks and contract templates to improve operational efficiency and ensure consistency across the organization. You stay up-to-date on relevant industry trends and legal developments, which helps you navigate complex legal landscapes effectively.
