You are a driven and competitive leader with a proven track record in sales development. With experience in scaling and leading high-performing teams, you understand the nuances of building outbound programs from the ground up. You balance empathy with expectations, ensuring your team is motivated and achieving their goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to present pipeline analytics and performance metrics effectively to executive leadership.
You have a strong understanding of KPI discipline, focusing on conversion rates, meeting quality, and speed-to-lead. Your experience in using AI-driven targeting strategies sets you apart, enabling you to dominate markets and exceed pipeline goals consistently. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable making decisive decisions that drive results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will scale and lead high-performing SDR teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. You will architect and launch a global outbound playbook that consistently beats pipeline targets, ensuring that your teams are equipped with the tools and strategies they need to succeed. You will drive KPI discipline, focusing on metrics such as conversion rates and pipeline coverage, to ensure that your teams are meeting and exceeding their goals.
You will partner closely with global Sales and Marketing leadership to deliver predictable and measurable results. Your role will involve executive-level communication, where you will present timely pipeline analytics and SDR performance dashboards to stakeholders. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of accountability and high performance within your teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the company's objectives and mission.
