OPSWAT is seeking a Senior Manager for OEM Sales to drive strategic partnerships with technology companies in the cybersecurity sector. Who you are

You are a highly driven and technically adept sales professional with a proven track record in managing complex OEM partnerships. With over 5 years of experience in sales, you thrive in a consultative environment where you can bridge the gap between product architecture and business value. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Product, allows you to design effective integration models that meet the needs of OEM partners. You possess strong negotiation skills and are adept at managing long-term relationships that drive revenue growth. You understand the cybersecurity landscape and are familiar with key domains such as endpoint security, VPN, and threat detection.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity industry or with technology partnerships is a plus. Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and sales cycles in a technical environment will set you apart. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders and can articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for complex OEM partnerships, starting from prospecting and technical discovery to negotiation and long-term relationship management. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting OEMs across key domains, ensuring alignment with OPSWAT's business objectives. Collaborating closely with the VP of Global OEM Sales, you will identify and expand strategic relationships that enhance OPSWAT's presence in the cybersecurity ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential OEM partners, leading technical discussions to understand their needs, and crafting tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of OPSWAT's offerings. You will also work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to design integration models and licensing agreements that facilitate successful partnerships.
