You have a strong background in technical sales, particularly in the cybersecurity domain, with experience working closely with enterprise and government sector clients. Your ability to identify customer challenges and align them with technical solutions is a key strength. You are a trusted point of contact for customers and partners, effectively communicating the value of cybersecurity products. You have a track record of training partners to ensure they are proficient in selling and supporting products, demonstrating your commitment to customer success. You thrive in collaborative environments, acting as a liaison between sales and engineering teams to drive product direction and enhancements.

Experience with critical infrastructure cybersecurity products is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance requirements in various sectors. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing customer needs while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at OPSWAT, you will be the primary technical sales resource for the APAC regional sales team. Your role involves identifying customer challenges and driving technical alignment between customer needs and OPSWAT solutions. You will serve as a product and industry expert, effectively describing and demonstrating our solutions to potential clients. You will also be responsible for training partners to ensure they can sell and support our products effectively. Additionally, you will provide technical assistance to partners as needed to help close deals. Your collaboration with the engineering team will be crucial in driving the direction of our products based on customer feedback and market trends.
