Who you are

As a recent graduate, you are eager to start your career in technical support and have a strong interest in cybersecurity and IT solutions. You enjoy interacting with customers and have a knack for problem-solving, ensuring that customer issues are resolved quickly and satisfactorily. You are motivated to learn about new technologies and contribute to the growth of OPSWAT. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members will be essential in this role.

Desirable

While not required, any experience with customer support or technical troubleshooting will be beneficial. Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts or IT infrastructure will also give you an edge as you begin your journey in this field.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage customer issues by reviewing and prioritizing the queue of open tickets, ensuring timely resolution of each issue. You will work closely with the Customer Support team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback. Additionally, you will assist the Sales team by providing technical support during customer integrations and help test and assess new products and releases. Your contributions will help improve customer support processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
