Overview

BetterUp is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and foster relationships with clients. This role requires a commitment to in-person collaboration at least two days a week in Austin, TX.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients and managing existing accounts to drive sales growth. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure that client needs are met. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their challenges, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their employee experience. You will also participate in regular training and development sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge of BetterUp's offerings. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to a positive team culture.
