You have a strong background in sales, particularly in managing enterprise accounts, and you understand the complexities of selling software solutions to hardware organizations. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and decision-makers, ensuring that you can articulate the value of a modern software platform in a way that resonates with clients. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable taking ownership of your deals from start to finish.
You possess a strategic mindset, allowing you to identify opportunities within large organizations and tailor your approach to meet their specific needs. Your ability to build relationships and foster trust with clients is paramount, as you will be shaping the early sales team and its culture at Nominal. You are driven by results and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will deliver Nominalβs vision of providing continuous testing to the industrial base, equipping engineers to deploy capability at scale in the shortest time possible. You will maintain deal ownership of large enterprise and strategic accounts, ensuring that you understand their unique challenges and how our technology can help them meet their critical testing outcomes. Your role will involve communicating the integration of our platform into their existing stack, demonstrating its value and effectiveness.
You will also be responsible for shaping the early sales team, contributing to the culture and processes that will define how we engage with clients. This includes collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure that client feedback is integrated into our offerings. You will work closely with marketing to develop strategies that resonate with our target audience, helping to position Nominal as a leader in the industry.
