You thrive in environments where quick decision-making is essential, and you have a decisive nature that helps you tackle challenges head-on. Your role will involve monitoring system performance and implementing improvements to enhance scalability and reliability. You will work closely with the Production Engineering team to analyze system performance and identify areas for optimization. Your contributions will directly impact our trading activities, as you will ensure that our systems can handle high volumes of transactions efficiently. You will also play a key role in incident management, swiftly resolving any issues that arise to minimize downtime and maintain optimal functioning. Your work will involve collaborating with software engineers to implement best practices for reliability and performance, and you will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies that can enhance our systems.
