Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in site reliability engineering, particularly in managing high-throughput, data-intensive applications. You understand the complexities of running a multi-availability zone architecture and are eager to contribute to initiatives that enhance deployment strategies, including multi-region setups.
You are proficient in using Terraform for infrastructure management and have hands-on experience deploying applications to AWS via EKS. Your familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch and Grafana allows you to ensure system reliability and performance.
You are comfortable working with databases, specifically MongoDB, and understand the importance of CI/CD processes, having utilized CircleCI in your previous roles. You are also familiar with incident management tools like PagerDuty and have experience in on-call rotations.
What you'll do
As a Site Reliability Engineer at Radar, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our production infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that our systems are reliable, scalable, and efficient. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability.
You will participate in the on-call rotation, responding to incidents and ensuring that our services remain operational. You will also collaborate with other engineers to design and implement new features that improve our infrastructure and support our growing user base.
