What you'll do
As a Senior Actuarial Analyst at Oscar, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Actuarial team by analyzing network-related performance trends. You will contribute to the development of pricing strategies and budget planning efforts across various Affordable Care Act (ACA) markets. Your responsibilities will include building and refining analytical models that provide insights into Oscar's network-focused programs. You will work closely with the Director of Actuarial to ensure that data-driven decision-making is at the forefront of Oscar's strategic initiatives. Your work will directly influence the company's direction and help shape network strategies that benefit members.
