What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions through various channels, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of Oscar's processes and procedures, allowing you to assist members, brokers, providers, and vendors effectively. Your daily tasks will include handling a caseload of customer inquiries, maintaining service delivery standards, and contributing to the overall productivity of the team.
You will report to the Concierge Operations Manager and collaborate closely with your teammates to ensure that all customer needs are met. Your role will involve back office tasks that support the daily operations of the health insurance company, and you will be expected to follow standard operating procedures diligently. You will also participate in team meetings and company events, which may require occasional travel.
What we offer
Oscar offers a competitive pay rate of $19.00 per hour, with the potential for an additional $1.00 per hour upon successful completion of the bilingual assessment. You will also be eligible for employee benefits and accrue vacation time at a rate of 15 days per year.
