What you'll do
In this role, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of Oscar's business model and the processes that support it. You will manage an assigned caseload, ensuring that service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations are met consistently. Your responsibilities will include interacting with members, brokers, providers, and Oscar vendors through various channels, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly. You will also be involved in back office tasks, following standard operating procedures to support the daily operations of the health insurance company. Collaboration with your team will be essential, as you will report to the Concierge Operations Manager and participate in team meetings and company events as required.
What we offer
Oscar provides a competitive hourly wage of $19.00, with the potential for an additional $1.00 per hour upon successful completion of the bilingual assessment. You will also be eligible for employee benefits and accrue vacation time at a rate of 15 days per year. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team culture.
