What you'll do

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Oscar, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions through various channels, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of Oscar's processes and procedures, allowing you to assist members, brokers, providers, and vendors with their needs. Your role will involve handling an assigned caseload, where you will maintain high standards of service delivery while meeting productivity goals.

You will work closely with the Concierge Operations Manager to ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with company policies. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about Oscar's services. You will also engage in back office tasks that support the overall operations of the health insurance company, contributing to a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

What we offer

Oscar offers a competitive pay rate of $19.00 per hour, with the potential for an additional $1.00 per hour upon successful completion of the bilingual assessment. You will be eligible for employee benefits and accrue vacation time at a rate of 15 days per year. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from your home office while still being part of a supportive team culture.
