Oscar is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Member and Provider Services team. You'll handle customer interactions and back office tasks in a remote role available to residents of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas.

What you'll do
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of Oscar's processes, procedures, and tools. You will engage with members, brokers, providers, and vendors through various channels, managing an assigned caseload to maintain service delivery and productivity. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and performing back office tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the health insurance company. You will report to the Concierge Operations Manager and collaborate with your teammates to ensure a connected and supportive work culture.
What we offer
Oscar provides a blended work culture where all employees feel connected, regardless of their work type or location. You will receive competitive pay, starting at $19.00 per hour, with the potential for an additional $1.00 per hour upon successful completion of the bilingual assessment. Additionally, you will be eligible for employee benefits and accrue vacation time at a rate of 15 days per year.
