PolicyMe is hiring a Bilingual Customer Success Specialist to support customers throughout their life insurance journey. You'll be responsible for policy servicing tasks and client communication. This role is remote and requires strong customer service skills.

Your attention to detail ensures that all policy servicing tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. You are adaptable and open to learning about the insurance industry, which is evolving rapidly due to digital transformation. What you'll do

As a Bilingual Customer Success Specialist, you will support our customers and Advisor Team throughout the life insurance journey. You will handle policy servicing tasks, ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate information regarding their policies. Your role will involve communicating with clients via phone and email, addressing their inquiries, and providing guidance on the insurance process. You will collaborate closely with the Advisor Team to ensure a seamless customer experience and assist in resolving any issues that may arise.

You will also contribute to building a customer-first culture at PolicyMe by gathering feedback from clients and sharing insights with the team. Your efforts will help us improve our services and enhance the overall customer experience. You will be expected to work standard hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with flexibility to support Pacific Time hours as business needs evolve. This role offers you the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers as they navigate their life insurance options.
