What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, Network Performance, you will lead a team of analysts to identify and measure cost-saving initiatives that support Oscar's total cost of care strategy. You will collaborate closely with analytical leads across different units to develop sound projections and measurements of medical cost effects and clinical outcomes. Your role will involve driving actions that improve affordability and enhance the overall member experience. You will report directly to the VP of Medical Economics and play a crucial role in shaping the company's approach to healthcare affordability.
