What you'll do

As the Manager of Provider Marketing at Oscar, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive provider recruitment and minimize network attrition. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Marketing to align your strategies with the overall goals of the organization. Your role will involve analyzing data to monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and making adjustments as necessary to meet or exceed stated goals. You will also lead a team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the provider experience, which is crucial for member retention and growth.
