What you'll do

As the Manager, Provider Marketing, you will be responsible for enabling provider growth and engagement through targeted marketing strategies. You will create and implement marketing plans that align with the company's goals, focusing on provider recruitment and minimizing network attrition. Your role will involve analyzing data to monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.

You will lead a team, providing guidance and support to ensure that marketing efforts are executed efficiently and effectively. Collaboration with other departments will be key, as you work to enhance the overall provider experience, which is crucial for member retention. You will report to the Associate Director of Marketing and participate in team meetings to align on strategies and share insights.

Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $96,130.80 - $126,171.68 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits. The position is based in Tempe, Arizona, with a hybrid work schedule that includes three days in the office each week. You will have the flexibility to choose your other two office days, fostering a work-life balance that suits your needs.
