Who you are
You have a strong background in marketing, particularly within the healthcare sector, and possess the ability to create forecasts for planned initiatives. Your experience enables you to identify new opportunities that align with enterprise and network goals through effective marketing strategies. You are proactive in problem-solving and data monitoring, which allows you to lead marketing workstreams that drive provider recruitment and minimize network attrition. Your leadership skills enable you to deliver marketing plans that meet or exceed stated goals with minimal supervision, influencing others and guiding direct reports effectively.
What you'll do
As the Manager, Provider Marketing at Oscar, you will be responsible for enabling provider growth and engagement through innovative marketing strategies. You will create and implement marketing plans that align with the company's goals, focusing on enhancing the provider experience as a key driver of member retention and growth.
