What you'll do

As the Manager, Provider Marketing at Oscar, you will be responsible for enabling provider growth and engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. You will create and implement marketing plans that meet or exceed stated goals, leveraging your past experience to enhance the company's capabilities. Your role will involve leading marketing workstreams that focus on provider recruitment and improving the provider experience, which is crucial for member retention and growth. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Marketing and collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Your ability to analyze data and monitor performance will be key in driving successful marketing strategies.
