What you'll do
As a Sales Executive at Oscar, you will play a crucial role in driving membership growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads. You will conduct research to identify target accounts and reach out to prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media. Your role will involve qualifying leads by understanding their needs and determining their fit with Oscar's products and services. You will collaborate with insurance brokers and agencies to ensure they have the necessary information and tools to effectively sell Oscar's offerings. Additionally, you will report to the Director of Sales and participate in team meetings and company events, which may require occasional travel.
